For folx who want to engage in their privilege
One of my specialties is helping professionals navigate their privileges in becoming better, more inclusive practitioners. Our field doesn't teach white folx how to supervise staff of color (as an example), or how to navigate the intersections of identities we have that negatively impact others and can potentially block our potential.
It's not my desire to make money off my power and privilege, so half of my fees with inclusion coaching go towards supporting marginalized professionals in the work they are doing.
